"It's a cozy apt where you have all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is great, a short 5 mins walk to a few metro stations, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets (Monoprix, Carrefour). Just across the apt, there is a nice park where locals hangout. The best part is the apt comes with an option to park at a nearby location (5mins walk)."

"The stairs to the apt (2nd floor). If you have a heavy luggage, be prepared to work out a little. The parking lot in the nearby location was very small so it requires some skills to park your car if you have a car next to you but we were happy that everything work out well in the end. A blackout curtains will be handy to have in the bedrooms but not a deal breaker."

"Location, location, location. Can’t stress enough how well situated the apartment is. It’s easy walking distance to multiple cafes, bakeries, patisseries, and restaurants in addition to the Louvre and Notre-Dame areas. The owner was very nice, responsive, assisted with some local recommendations, and responded to messages within minutes. Overall we loved the experience. We felt the authentic Parisian apartment in a great neighborhood free of the tourist suffocation was exactly what we wanted. Be aware of the issues noted below, and if you feel it’s what fits your plans/hopes for your Parisian experience then you won’t be disappointed."

"It’s not what we didn’t like really, it’s more things to be aware of. The apartment is on the second floor and no elevator so bigger heavier bags aren’t easy to get up the stairs and in our case did require two people per bag which made it much easier but was a little work. That said, you’re in a beautiful neighborhood where buildings weren’t built yesterday and that shouldn’t be a surprise. If you want modern hotels in more tourist heavy areas then this isn’t for you. If you want an authentic Parisian experience then this is part of it. One of the rooms and its associated bathroom is a little smaller than the other room/bathroom. Plan accordingly. For example we had 2 adults in what amounts to the master bedroom on the lower floor, and our 13 y/o daughter in the smaller one on the main floor, and it was more than fine. Note that the stairs down to the master bedroom can be a little tricky to navigate because they’re small and it’s a relatively steep and narrow stairwell and high up enough that a fall could be dangerous, which can be especially risky if you are older or have joint/balance concerns or plan to take a suitcase down there. The kitchen and living room are on the main floor so you may need to go up and down said stairs several times. What we did was plan ahead and go down mainly when it was time to sleep and/or shower only, and left our bags on the main floor in the bedroom there. Elderly guests especially should account for this. This is the only reason for 9 instead of 10 stars since we didn’t have a problem but I can see it could definitely be an issue for some. There are review complaints on here that the owners have some personal items around and while this is true, we didn’t personally feel that we were living in someone else’s home because highly personal items had been removed. What was there for us just added to the feeling of living in Paris. Definitely not a deal breaker."

"Izjemna lokacija, v bližini veliko restavracij, barov in trgovin. Metro zelo blizu. Parkirno mesto v garaži, kar pride v Parizu zelo prav. Zelo odzivna in prazna lastnica, imeli smo vse potrebne informacije. Če smo kaj potrebovali, se je takoj oglasila. Svetlo stanovanje, dve kopalnici, zelo dobro opremljeno,, imaš vse, kar potrebuješ."

"Wifi v času našega bivanja ni deloval, je bil pa na voljo nadomestmi mobilni wifi, ki pa ni dobro delal, če je bilo priključenih več uporabnikov. Zadnji dan so uspeli popraviti wifi, ki zdaj dela dobro. Imeli smo tudi nesrečo, da se je v času našega bivanja zamašil odtok v eni od kopalnic, prav tako pa so na ulici pred stanovanjem potekala gradbena dela, tako da je bilo precej hrupno. Manjša spalnica nima klime, zato jo je v vročih dneh težko ohladiti. Parkirno mesto je izjemno majhno, s Toyoto RAV smo parkirali na milimetre."

"Mooi ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamer. 1 badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant, maar is wel helemaal compleet. Locatie is fantastisch. goed te bereiken met de metro en op loop afstand van gezellig gebied met winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden (waaronder de Notre Dame). Prima locatie voor een aantal dagen genieten van Parijs."

"Vaatwasser werkte niet helemaal lekker. Had wat onderhoud nodig (ontkalken van de sproei armen). Heb ik zelf gefixt. Was niet te veel werk. Verder echt van alle gemakken voorzien die je nodig hebt voor een bezoek aan Parijs."
